Tommy Banks, Seven Dials, £25

Banks is head chef at “the best restaurant in the world” – The Black Swan in North Yorkshire. It’s so dubbed because it took that accolade last year in the Tripadviso­r Travellers’ Choice Awards.

Now Banks – who at 24 became the youngest chef to land a Michelin star – has launched his first cook book and it’s every bit as good as anticipate­d.
