Worry after sudden loss

-

Dear June

Please could you let me know if my husband is OK? He died very suddenly recently and I would like to know if he is happy with everything I have been doing on his behalf. My family do not realise how worried I have been.

After a sudden loss you are left with a feeling of disbelief and a lack of closure.

The early, initial stages of the grieving process you are currently experiencing are, of course, worrying times. You will worry and wonder where he is and who is looking after him. All of these emotional feelings are very normal, especially after an unexpected loss.

No one ever crosses over alone.

No matter how someone dies, there will always be someone from spirit side waiting for them who they know and love.

He will know how you are coping after his passing and what you have been doing in his name, as well as on his behalf.

Your husband will be in the safe hands of those who love him and will be well supported and taken care of.

He is aware of the love and support you are receiving from family. He is very proud of the way they are attending to you and looking after you.

He will be watching over the family he loves. He had to go on ahead but is OK and will be waiting for you when the time comes for you to join him.
