“The kitchen surfaces are also made of solid oak – it gives the space such an effortlessly stylish feel. “We redecorated the whole place from head to toe about two and a half years ago, so the décor is all very fresh.” As well as the solid oak flooring, the living room has a feature fireplace, while the fitted kitchen has a pantry off to the side.

Outside, there is a welltended, west-facing private garden and patio, and there are stunning views of Barclay Church spire and the convent gardens from the top floor.
