TRANENT missed an opportunity to go clear at the top of the Premier League after being held to a 1-1 draw at CROSSGATES. Tranent took a 21st-minute lead through Owen Renton, but they had to play the last hour with 10 men after Sean Renton picked up a red card. Crossgates levelled with 10 minutes to go through a Scott Lawrie penalty.

After a goalless first half at BROXBURN, the home side went ahead in 51 minutes through Andy Mair. DUNBAR levelled eight minutes later through Jamie Devlin, but the hosts responded three minutes later when Gary Brass regained the lead. But Dunbar had the final say when Jacix Balde equalised three minutes into stoppage time.

SAUCHIE were always in control against MUSSELBURGH, who had Greg Page red-carded. Danny Smith opened the scoring in seven minutes and he doubled their lead on 19 minutes. Then, just to make sure, Connor Kelly added a third in 52 minutes.

WHITEHILL WELFARE added to CAMELON’S woes when they netted a winner with five minutes to go through Euan Mckinlay to complete a 1-0 victory.

HADDINGTON moved clear at the top of Conference A after demolishing DALKEITH THISTLE 7-0. Gabri Auriemma scored a first-half hat-trick, with Alassan Jones making it 4-0 at the break. To add to the hosts woes, they had Greig Callaghan sent off after 22 minutes. The Hi Hi dominated the second period with Guy Mcgarry, Alassan Jones and Sam Tait adding another three.

LINLITHGOW ROSE had to go into extra time before beating HILL OF BEATH in their Qualifying Cup tie. The Haws took the lead through Aaron Dair after five minutes, but an Alan Docherty equaliser after 40 minutes took it to extra time, with goals from Sean Heaver and Mark Stowe putting Rose through with a 3-1 victory.
