EU vote has left us the Divided Kingdom

-

WHAT an astonishing result.

A shockerooney! The people of Great Britain have voted to leave the European Union!

They have stuck two fingers up at the establishment.

Against all the advice, all the name-calling and all that Project Fear could throw at them, they still decided to leave.

And in doing so the United Kingdom has now become a very Divided Kingdom and the EU a crumbling and soon to disintegrate super state.

As for what it means for us, well I’ll let the dust settle for a week and come back to that.

But another general election and Scottish Referendum look certain.

As for how I voted? Well, on polling day I suddenly remembered the days when I had a bit of cash and joined a very exclusive golf club.

They eagerly took my money and in turn I was made a member for life.

For years, I paid my dues. But without warning they decided to go into voluntary liquidation and start again under the guise of new owners. I then found out I didn’t have a voice, vote or say in the matter.

My old membership was invalidated and I was told if I wished become a member of their new club I would need to pay again to join.

Needless to say I told them to all get stuffed. Basically what I did on Thursday with my vote!
