EXERCISE is great for your mind as well as your health. It boosts your mood and increases your energy, making you happier. Other ways of boosting your mood include eating healthily, switching off technology and making sure you get enough sleep. Aim to use the stairs instead of the escalator or walk to work instead of driving or taking the bus – anything that gets you active. Remember to drink plenty of water – two litres a day can help keep you hydrated and eliminate toxins.
