Orocco Pier is one of our favourite places to stay. It’s a wee bit out of Edinburgh in South Queensferry. But sometimes, a quieter, more laid-back pace is no bad thing.
You will pay extra for a sea view room – though some will agree that extra cash is worth it, as the view out across the Forth is endlessly fascinating. Some lucky guests get a free upgrade on arrival, too.
Rooms are sumptuous and there are two great restaurants. If you’re there on a sunny day, relaxing on the balcony with a drink is a perfect way to de-stress. We’re in love!
