British woman falls to her death in Spain

A BRITISH woman has died after plunging from a 10th-floor flat in the holiday resort of Benidorm.

The 25-year-old, thought to be a tourist, died instantly in the tragedy yesterday morning around 8am.

Police sources said the incident occurred while she was still partying with friends.

An investigation has been launched.

Police were said to be treating the fall as a tragic accident, although it is understood they have not ruled out suicide.

Several of the woman’s friends who were with her at the time were being questioned as witnesses.

The unnamed woman plunged from an apartment block called the Apartamentos Payma in the Little England area of Benidorm, Spain.
