SNP MSP Fulton MacGregor has been nicknamed “No Show” by a somewhat rougher member of the political diary writing community, which has been highlighting his fleeting appearances at local events since he was elected last year.

But perhaps the Coatbridge MSP should be dubbed”‘No Shame”.

Tory MSP Graham Simpson last week revealed how he had been sent a letter by his Nationalist rival, despite their offices in Holyrood being barely 30 yards apart.

“He could have popped in,” pointed out “No Stamps” Simpson.
