Early days

I CAN’T beat Sam Brownlee with his early recollections of The Sunday Post, but I do remember my mum reading Oor Wullie and The Broons to me when I was very young in 1947/48.

As I grew older, wanting to read Oor Wullie and The Broons myself encouraged me to learn to read and here I am, 70 years later, still enjoying The Sunday Post!
