Gaga for a star turn

THE first pics have emerged from the A Star Is Born remake with Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper. The 1976 version has my favourite piece of movie trivia. Elvis nearly got the lead role but his manager, Colonel Tom Parker, stopped him. How great would that have been?
