Passed relatives are happy to see family unity

-

Dear June

I LOST both parents by the time I was in my early 30s and as I was the oldest of five I seemed to take on the mother role. It has remained that way ever since and I am now 72. I lost my younger sister from cancer nine years ago and last year my brother also lost his fight with the same disease.

I miss them so much and would like to think my parents knew I did my best to care for them.

Liz, Inverness.

June Says

Your parents will have been watching over you all on a daily basis.

They will continue to support you all from spirit side during your life journeys until the day comes when you are safely over and again under the protective care of your parents.

They would be very aware you took over the role as head of the family after they passed and that you did your best to look after your siblings.

As well as being the oldest of the children I sense you were also the strongest of character.

The first connection from spirit is two gentlemen who I am impressed to say are father and son (your dad and brother) and I feel your mother and sister are behind them.

I sense both ladies passed from a cancerous condition.

They are also accompanied by a large, black, long-haired German Shepherd that is seated at the feet of the younger male. Did your brother have problems with his right leg? I also get the impression he was the only male child in the family and the youngest.

A capital F is written and the name Frances is called.

There are many other family members connected to them who are close by and I feel their unconditional love to you.

I am made aware of the

closeness in your family and know they all lived with strong family ties and loyalties.

Your mum, dad, brother and sister are together and aware the unity and love continues.

They know how much you love and miss them and although there will be times when you might feel alone, remember they will be close by to give love and support to the ones temporarily left behind.

They will be by your side until you can all stand together again, united as a family on the spirit side of life.

VERDICT

I would say I’m the strongest member of our family as my parents used to call me the stubborn one!

We are very close and family get-togethers are a regular occurrence.

My mum and sister both passed from cancer.

My brother had issues with his leg after an accident years ago that left him with a slight limp.

He was very close to my dad because he was the youngest and also the only male child.

The German Shepherd was his beloved pal Frankie.

It’s such a comfort for us to know they are together.
