LOCAL councillor Cecilia Cato, of Tingsryd, Sweden, has been accused by her rivals of losing the “plop”.

They claim she was talking out of her behind when she suggested school toilets play music to cover up embarrassing noises produced by flatulent, and worried pupils.

Why not go the whole bog and install a Febrezesponsored rose garden?
