Meet The Hedgehogs

Sorry, foxes and badgers – hedgehogs are reportedly the UK’s favourite native wild animal.

However, that doesn’t mean that the prickly creatures don’t need protecting.

In this documentary, Steve Backshall visits the Amazing Grace Rescue Centre.

The prickly patients include Claude, a young hedgehog who was suffering from a fractured leg, and Derek, whose spines fell out following a stressful encounter with a crow.
