A lot of unnecessary confusion

My matter with TalkTalk is resolved. Someone moving into a property nearby had given my parents’ address instead of their own, this led to the letters being sent. Unfortunately, when my father called TalkTalk they weren’t very helpful and, as he is elderly, this led to a stressful situation. It goes to show how a minor mistake on an on-line form can lead to a great deal of unnecessary confusion. Thanks Raw Deal for your help.
