Visitation or just a dream?

-

Dear June

My daughter lost her husband suddenly last year and has been finding life hard bringing up her three children alone.

At Christmas time she had a dream that her husband woke her up and sat on the bed beside her.

She described what he was wearing and what he said to her. Could he have visited?

Grace, via email.

June Says

When a loved one passes over to spirit side they are still the same person they always were, only without the physical body.

The love they held for us does not die, it continues on and they will try in various ways to let us know of their survival after their physical death.

Your daughter experienced a visitation.

The difference between a dream and a visitation is a dream will fade and become very vague through time, until it is completely gone from our memory or no longer makes any sense when we try to recall it.

Those we love will make an extra effort to draw close on special occasions such as Christmas, birthdays and anniversaries in an effort to let us know they are still very much a part of our lives, although not in the physical sense.

Most spiritual experiences such as your daughters happen when the recipient is in their most relaxed state (either just prior to falling asleep or awakening fully).

It was indeed a visit from her husband to say he knows how much he is loved and missed and that he is close by.
