RANNOCH STATION TEAROOM

An absolute joy and must-visit if you’re in the area. We love the lumberjack cake.

PITLOCHRY

If you feel the need for a wee bit more hustle and bustle, the town has a good selection of cafes and restaurants.

GUIDED ADVENTURES

Let locals show you around the area which they are so proud of. HIghland Exploration offers trips by Land Rover and boat.

PITLOCHRY DAM AND FISH LADDER

This is a perfect walk for a crisp, autumnal day. You can complete a circular route, too.

QUEEN’S VIEW

This viewpoint just outside Pitlochry is well worth stopping at. Stunning views right down Loch Tummel and a good cafe.

OUTLANDER TRAIL

The cult TV series filmed many of its scenes in Scotland, including in Kinloch Rannoch. Follow the trail if you’re a fan.

LOCH RANNOCH CIRCUIT

The road around the loch is 22 miles. You can walk, drive or cycle round and stop at sandy beaches on the north shore.

HOUSE OF BRUAR

Clothing, a cafe, a food hall, gifts and a gallery. It’s no wonder this is a must-stop attraction for so many visitors.

THE HERMITAGE, NEAR DUNKELD

A gorgeous walk through giant Douglas firs takes you to the Black Linn Falls. Lovely.

ENCHANTED FOREST

A not-to-be-missed must-do, this year’s Enchanted Forest begins on October 4. See Faskally Wood lit up to perfection.
