Happy to snub £1m

Scots crave happiness more than £1 million, a new study has revealed. Just 2% reckoned having a seven-figure bank balance was an important life goal. But 72% said being contented was crucial, compared with 66 per cent of respondents UK-wide. It seems the old adage is true – money can’t buy happiness after all.
