Sixteen-year-old Hazel Grace Lancaster was diagnosed with cancer at an early age. She reluctantly attends a cancer patients’ support group at the behest of her mum. There, Hazel meets Gus, who lost his leg to halt the spread of his cancer. A relationship follows which pulls at the heart strings.
