Nicola Sturgeon is facing calls to help former ship repair sites, as reported in The Sunday Post. As Glasgow is famous for building ships, why not use these two empty docks to scrap or dismantle them? There must be plenty boats lying about around the country waiting to be scrapped, from trawlers to liners. Or do them up to a good standard and sell them on. Douglas Forbes, Aberdeen
