Ayling wins it for Whites as Fulham falter

Luke Ayling scored against his former side as Leeds eked out a gritty 1-0 win over Bristol City to go three points clear in the automaticp­romotion spots.

Luton further boosted their hopes of avoiding relegation with a 1-0 victory at Middlesbro­ugh.

Ryan Tunnicliff­e’s lovely finish to grab his first goal of the season in the 17th minute was enough for the Hatters to end a run of 12 successive defeats in all competitio­ns.
