The quiz show for students is back for a new series and the opening match sees a team from the University of Glasgow taking on Exeter University for a place in the second round.

But the contestants’ biggest challenge might not be each other but impressing question master Jeremy Paxman, who usually makes it very clear when he thinks they should have known an answer.
