Hibs came from behind to draw with Aberdeen in a closed-doors bounce match at Pittodrie.

The hosts opened the scoring through new signing Craig Bryson, with Hibs’ equaliser coming late in the match via a stunning long-range volley from winger Daryl Horgan.

The Republic of Ireland international controlled a clearance from the Dons defence before thumping an unstoppable right-foot shot into the corner of the net from around 25 yards.

It was the fourth pre-season fixture for Jack Ross’ men ahead of the new Scottish Premiership season following on from the 1-1 draw with St Mirren, the goalless draw against St Johnstone and the 2-1 win over Hamilton.

Hibs’ final warm-up match will see them travel to Parkhead on Monday to face Celtic ahead of the season opener against Kilmarnock at Easter Road next Saturday.

United opened well and immediately forced Kilmarnock’s trialist keeper to mishit a clearance direct to Shankland.

The striker passed to Cammy Smith on the edge of the box and he drove into the penalty area, before placing the ball beyond the keeper with less than 60 seconds on the clock.

United began the second period with Deniz replacing Siegrist in goal but within a minute, Kilmarnock equalised.

From a throw-in, Kabamba flicked the ball back into the path of Kiltie who drove beyond Deniz and in off Butcher.

The second half remained competitive, but with few clear-cut chances.

With five minutes left in the first half, Motherwell took the lead. Polworth’s delivery was met by Donnelly to head in.

A couple of minutes later, Accies would ensure they’d go in at the break level.

Scott McMann found room down the left on the overlap and shot low across

Carson, finding the bottom-right corner.

Motherwell found themselves behind in the 57th minute. McMann’s ball from the left was met by substitute Ogkmpoe, who looped his header over Carson.

The Steelmen’s leveller would come with 20 minutes to go.

Another Polworth corner found Lamie, who got between defenders to power a header home.

There would be further half-chances through Seedorf and Watt, but the match ended level.

LIVINGSTON 2, ROSS COUNTY 2

Lyndon Dykes was on target as

Livingston were held to a 2-2 draw with Ross County.

The striker, who was the subject of a failed £1 million bid from English Championship side Barnsley on Friday, headed Gary Holt’s side into the lead from Nicky Devlin’s cross after 32 minutes.

The hosts doubled their advantage when new recruit Salim Kouider-Aissa nodded in Ciaron Brown’s long throw four minutes after the restart.

County pulled one back in the 55th minute when Ross Stewart lashed home from close range from a corner.

Then Liam Fontaine earned the Staggies a draw in the 75th minute, the defender finding the net from inside the area.
