Mango lassi
MAKES TWO SMALL GLASSES INGREDIENTS
150g mangoes
150g natural yogurt
50ml water
2 tsp brown granulated sugar Seeds from 4 green cardamom pods, crushed
Mint leaves, to decorate
METHOD
First, peel the mangoes. Remove as much of the flesh as possible, cutting as close as you can around the stone, and place in a blender or food processor.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until the mixture is smooth.
Pour into a glass, garnish with the mint leaves, and enjoy!
