A show of defiance
Two of the US’s biggest business leaders, Elon Musk, and the head of Disney, Robert Iger, have both resigned from a group that advises Trump, because of his decision. In a tweet, Musk, who founded the space-travel company SpaceX, said, “Leaving Paris is not good for America or the world.” India’s prime minister, Narendra Modi, said India would go “above and beyond” to make the deal work. The French president, Emmanuel Macron, said France and India would work together.
