Huge iceberg could break away

A gigantic iceberg is dangerously close to breaking away, possibly as a result of climate change. The crack in the Larsen C ice shelf has grown by a staggering 10.6 miles in just 10 days. When it does eventually break off, scientists say it could produce an iceberg of about 1,900 square miles. This would be one of the largest icebergs ever recorded.
