Ingo

Ingo is a captivating book about friendship, fate and facing your fears. Saphy, the main character, is brave and adventurous and, although it is a fictitious tale, I found it easy to relate to the emotions and sensations she was feeling. It is memorable and moving, and if you enjoy it, there are lots more in the series.
