Grab your ruler and a marker and draw seven dots

2.5 cen­time­tres apart on the out­side of your wa­ter bot­tle. From the top, down write 9.00, 10.00, all the way to 15.00. Every hour, you’ll be able to check that you’re on tar­get to drink the min­i­mum amount of wa­ter you should in a day.
