There hasn’t been a bad game based on Adventure Time, and the latest one is the best yet for Finn, Jake and friends. Champions and Challengers is a role-playing game with more than 70 characters to unlock.
It sees you battling opponents a bit like a board game, swiping enemies to attack them, tapping a block button to defend, and making use of your characters’ special abilities whenever you can.
The fun comes in unlocking new characters and figuring out what they can do. As with other games, this includes in-app purchases, but they’re optional: you can play at your own pace without having to pay anything.
