WINGS FOR LIFE

A tragic accident that left one of the charity’s founders’ sons tetraplegic (where all four limbs are partially or fully paralysed following an injury to the spine) was the motivation behind Wings for Life. The charity’s mission is to discover a cure for spinal cord injury. It funds research and trials in the hope of finding a way to heal people who have suffered an injury to their spinal cord.
