Instructions

Heat the oven to 180oC, and line the baking tray with parchment paper. Mix the bananas, oats, almonds, coconut oil, apple, orange zest, cinnamon and salt in the bowl with the spoon until really well combined. Now, carefully fold in the raspberries – you don’t want to squish them completely. Dollop a spoonful of the mixture on the baking tray, and flatten it out a little. Repeat in blobs until you’ve run out of the mixture – or space on the tray – and then pop the biscuits in the oven. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown, and then take them out. Make sure you let them cool down before you tuck in. Recipe by Nena Foster and Rude Health. Rude Health Banana Berry Oats are available from Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and Ocado, or rudehealth.com.
