Collies unleashed in Adelaide

Most people have heard the story of 101 Dalmatians, but what about the lesser-known 576 border collies? On 24 September, hundreds of the dogs got together with their owners in Willaston Oval in Adelaide, Australia, raising more than £3,530 for a variety of canine charities. The Border Collie Owners South Australia, who organised the event, confirmed that this was the largest meeting of border collies that were not kept on leashes by their owners. The 576 border collies gathered at the park to beat an unofficial world record attempt for the largest group of collies.
