Biffa The Daily Telegraph
The waste group’s operating profit is up by a “very robust” 18%. Analysts expect Biffa, which floated in October, to generate another year of double-digit earnings growth. There’s a prospective yield of 3.5% too. Buy. 198.25p.
Caretech Investors Chronicle

Safestore Investors Chronicle
This self-storage outfit has increased UK revenues, thanks to the acquisition and opening of four new Space Maker units. It has also cornered the market in Paris, where competition is low due to planning restrictions. Buy. 442.5p.
Ultra Electronics The Times
Ultra provides electronic systems for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter programme, the US navy, and civil aircraft including the Boeing 787. Improved US defence spending is driving orders. One for the long-term. Buy. £20.20.
