Junor says that Charles had many affairs in his 20s and 30s, often with married women. However, he stopped seeing Camilla when he became engaged to Diana.

Donald Trump once wrote to Richard Branson to ridicule his attempt to create a rival to The Apprentice. In 2004, Branson hosted a short-lived TV series called The Rebel Billionaire: Branson’s Quest for the Best. Soon after, he got a letter from Trump: “At least your dismal ratings can now allow you to concentrate on your airline which, I am sure, needs every ounce of your energy,” wrote the future president. “It is obviously a terrible business and I can’t imagine you can be doing any better in it than anyone else. Actually, I wonder out loud how you can be anywhere close to a billionaire in that business. Perhaps the title of your show is misleading?”
