Helen impulsivel­y invites Lee to have Christmas dinner at Home Farm. Pip gives David a wedding magazine as inspiratio­n for Brookfield Barn. Lilian, Pip and David discuss events at the signing. David’s still angry at Justin but Lilian says it’s a good opportunit­y for the Rewilders – they could learn a lot. Adam can’t understand why Phoebe said nothing. Eddie puts Harrison through his paces for his role as Father Christmas. Harrison visits Brookfield with questions for Josh, who’s in Thailand; a digger has gone missing. Lynda’s presence at Ghost Story rehearsals irks Jim and Robert. On set, she finds a painting by Russ – is it of her? Brian challenges Adam over problems at the farm; Adam says Brian is underminin­g him, but later admits to Ruth that he may have overreacte­d. Phoebe confesses to Pip that Brian had warned her about BL, to Pip’s fury. Phoebe also apologises to Brian for putting his position on the BL board at risk, but she still won’t take responsibi­lity for the fallout. Natasha tells Tom that Joy admitted she has a crush on Tony, and that they had dinner on his wedding anniversar­y. The police call David; they still haven’t heard from Josh. Grundy World of Christmas is a huge success. Hunting for extra prizes for the tombola, Will and Emma find her furnishing­s from Beechwood in the shed; Will tells her that Ed paid for them. At the last minute, Eddie steps in as Father Christmas and triumphs. To top it off, Oliver has invited Clarrie and Eddie to Grey Gables for Christmas.
