Beat stress workshop

WOKINGHAM LIBRARY is to host a workshop looking at stress and anxiety and how to tackle them.

It will be led by Jordi Jiminez Alvarez and explore the effect that diet has on our moods.

The event will be held on Saturday, June 24 from 10.30am to noon at the Denmark Street library. Places cost £2.
