Luckley students rise to the challenge

ON Friday 13 June, all pupils at Wokingham’s Luckley House School enjoyed a day off timetable for the annual Challenge Day.

Year 7 pupils took part in outdoor team-building activities and indoor rock climbing, while Year 8 pupils mastered the art of circus skills on the school’s tennis courts.

Year 9 pupils departed for their 3-day PGL trip to the Isle of Wight, excited at the prospect of sunshine for the weekend!

Year 10 learned the art of acting out fight scenes, before scripting and recording their own videos with the Film Academy.

Sixth Formers attended a valuable Mental Health Awareness workshop before putting on their dance shoes for an afternoon of ballroom dancing.

The pupils really enjoyed the activities which were made all the better by the fabulous weather.
