Club bouncing high
KOFI ELHAGGAGI clinched second place for Washindi Trampolining Club at the Regional Team Finals in Birmingham.
Competing in the boys 9-10 category both individually and for the south region, Elhaggagi ended as runner-up to secure his spot in the NDP final.
Washindi’s Aimee Green was also in action, finishing in 17th place in the girls 9-10 category while two more boys from the club competed in the older age groups.
Alex Pohjola and Jake Bullock were involved in the 11-12 bracket and both sealed a place in the final after finishing eighth and seventh respectively.
The impressive results did not stop there with Thomas Hue taking first place in the Trampolining for Persons with Disabilities category in the Level 2 group.
Russell Cooper, in Level 3, also ended on top of the podium.
