Whiteknights battle back to secure last gasp draw

WHITEKNIGHTS Under-16s played out a thrilling eightgoal draw with Berkshire County Snakes.

Snakes scored either side of Noel Kosta’s goal to go 2-1 ahead before the break.

That soon become 3-1 after the restart, but Whiteknights battled back to lead 4-3 with goals from Alex Sutton, Kosta and Callum MacKechnie.

But Berkshire netted a last-gasp penalty to earn a 4-4 draw.

Creative midfielder Dan Chapman (pictured) was given the Whiteknights effort award.
