Brown wasted a glorious chance to break the deadlock in the first half, striking a penalty against the crossbar.

Whitchurch were holding firm, but the deadlock was broken when Cook’s cross sailed all the way into the top corner.

And the game was wrapped up when Rohart Brown picked out Connor Holland to fire home.

The win leaves Wokingham just one point behind leaders Burnham.

Elsewhere, WHITEKNIGHTS BLUES U16s were thrashed 6-1 by Spencers Wood.

Noel Kosta scored the only goal for Whiteknights while defender Ranveer Rai won the effort award.
