Citizens Advice quiz night
WE had 71 people attend on Saturday and they made 11 teams.
We were very lucky with the weather – the snow had started falling and the roads were still quite clear by the time we finished at 10.30pm. All the money we made will go towards helping, advising and supporting the people of Wokingham with their problems.
We were told by a number of attendees that it was quite a difficult (we like to challenge!) and enjoyable quiz with a very good fish and chip supper.
The final figure (unless we get more donations!) is an impressive £878.87.
