We visited Sotogrande through Your Golf Travel in May for our bi-annual Ryder Cup style event. We stayed at the San Roque Suites Hotel and played both the New & Old courses at San Roque and 18 holes at Valderrama. All three courses were in great condition and offered a different challenge. Valderrama in particular provided an exceptional experience both on and off the course. The tee boxes, fairways and greens were immaculate. It was a true privilege to play and re-live some of the moments from 1997 – I'm glad to say Europe were victorious again during our trip! Direct flights from London to Gibraltar make Sotogrande easy to get to with only a 25-minute transfer from the airport.
