From Hundleshope Heights’ broad summit plateau descend a faint path north-east to reach a line of grouse butts, which sit in a line on a moorland plateau. The path then bears left and heads north-west to arrive at a line of fence posts. Turn right here and continue on a gradual rise north-east, alongside the fence, to reach the summit of Preston Law. The northern side of Preston Law is steep and gives a fabulous vantage point towards Newby Kipps and over Cademuir Hill.
