Nose: A gentle sweetness with aromas of violet and raspberry. It's delicate and intriguing.

Palate: Initial notes of angelica give the gin a touch of sweetness that’s accompanied by earthy notes of pine. More green leafy notes gradually unfold, adding a fresh complexity to the palate.

Finish: A little mint and menthol combined with pepper and a touch of zesty lime; very long and lingering.

Comments: A very crisp gin that is contemporary in profile, but would make a great extra-dry Martini with an olive to garnish.

Sam

Nose: Aromatic citrus, orange, and coriander with lighter notes of spice and some dry chocolate.

Palate: There is a good texture to the spirit – slightly oily.

Notes of earthy angelica are combined with a liquorice sweetness.

Finish: Dry with some residual pine and a gentle flicker of heat.

Comments: A nice example of gin with a good level of intensity; this should make a nice Gin & Tonic.
