Nose: Rich and aromatic with warm orange, cracked coriander, and a little chocolate.
Palate: Very oily to start with plenty of citrus and coriander, along with earthy violet and a liquorice sweetness.
Finish: A long lingering finish of parma violets, cherry, and fresh orange.
Comments: A fruity gin that would be wellmatched with spiced flavours for warming winter cocktail; it would also work well with ginger ale and a wedge of orange. 7.8

Nose: Juniper led, with a herbal, woodland path like aroma. Fresh, bright and with a little bit of intrigue about it.
Palate: A lovely oily and rich mouthfeel. Seems to pack a punch for a fairly modest ABV. Juniper is the standout, but there’s also mint, a faint elderflower note and a slightly grassy number in the mix too. A little bit of anise towards the end.
Finish: The alcohol from the palate really lasts, while there’s a malty note that wasn’t quite so forward on the palate.
Comments: Quite dynamic and punchy. Interesting. Would love to try in a martini.
