CYCLE STARS

-

It’s a well-known fact that many of today’s top motorcycle trials stars started in cycle trials, including the greats Toni Bou and Adam Raga. With the crowd taking a small break between the qualifying and the final the half-time entertainment was courtesy of the Crossbow Cyclo Trials Team from Spain. This includes the two world champions Spaniard Joan Torres and, back by popular demand, the young Charlie Rolls who brought the house down last time he was at Sheffield as he put on a show to remember. This year was no different as both riders showed an incredible amount of skill on the silent cycle trials bikes to traverse the man-made hazards. With no noise from the cycles it was good to hear the loud response from the crowd who witnessed the high skill levels from these two stars of the sport.
