US CORRESPONDENT BOB WOODRUFF received a traumatic brain injury while covering the Iraq War in 2006, but that has not diminished his appetite for travel or adventure. In this new series, Woodruff and his son Mack visit countries more often associated with conflict and unrest and find the beauty there. Their destinations include Ethiopia – where they dive into volcanic hot springs, train with elite marathon runners, and come face to face with a hungry hyena – and Lebanon, where they explore ancient Roman ruins and visit an artificial reef in the Mediterranean built from tanks and fighter jets.
