It has been the year of the come­back, with shows like Cold Feet and Good­night Sweet­heart mak­ing wel­come re­turns in a re­mark­able 12 months of telly.

And now it’s time for you to vote for your favourites in the 2016 TV Times Awards. Cast your vote and you could pick up one of 20 prizes, each worth £50 in Tesco shop­ping vouch­ers.

Night Man­ager and Ai­dan Turner is once again be­ing a mean, moody ma­chine in Poldark.

In the Favourite Ac­tress cat­e­gory, Kee­ley Hawes was won­der­fully warm in The Dur­rells, Sarah Lan­cashire gripped the na­tion in Happy Val­ley and Jenna Cole­man showed there’s life af­ter Doc­tor Who by star­ring in Vic­to­ria.

Nom­i­nees for Favourite New­comer in­clude

Max Vento, the lit­tle boy who wowed au­di­ences in The A Word, and young Milo Parker, who played an­i­mal-lover Ger­ald in The Dur­rells.

Steve Mcfad­den (Easten­ders), Jane Dan­son (Cor­rie) and Danny Miller (Em­merdale) are among the con­tenders for Favourite Soap Star.

Good­night Sweet­heart and Still Open All Hours are up for Favourite Com­edy Show, along with David Mitchell’s Shake­speare spoof Upstart Crow.
