Jackson, Nick changed his surname to platt when he was adopted by stepdad Martin. He reverted back to Tilsley when his gran Ivy made it a condition of Nick inheriting her house.

1997-2004

adam Rickitt played Nick on and off for seven years. In that time, Nick eloped to marry Leanne, dated Maria, and became the object of Todd’s affections.

2009

But Leanne was always ‘the one’. They had an affair while she was with peter, before getting back together.

2012

Nick called off his second wedding to Leanne on hearing she made a pass at peter. He then slept with Kylie, but finally married his true love a few weeks later.

2013

Nick was left with a brain injury after a car crash caused by a bitter David – who had found out Kylie. Nick’s subsequent mood swings led to the breakdown of his marriage.

2017

after a fling with Erica Holroyd, Nick fell for and then married Carla Connor. They quickly split when Nick found out that she’d slept with Robert. He then proposed to Leanne again.
