Nicholas and Alexandra

An overlong, but well acted and lavish, historical epic about Russia’s last Tsar, Nicholas II, and his wife, Alexandra. Michael Jayston and Janet Suzman are excellent in the title roles, while Tom Baker makes for a gloriously evil Rasputin.
